Shipping & Collection

Delivery is available throughout Israel.

Standard delivery starts at ₪35. The final cost depends on the destination, size, weight and number of items in the order, and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment.

Ready-poured pieces are usually delivered within up to 10 business days from payment confirmation.

For larger, fragile or multi-piece orders, an additional delivery charge may apply. We will always confirm this with you before payment.

For pieces marked Made to Order, the vessel shown is the exact piece you will receive. The candle is hand-poured after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately two weeks for preparation, followed by the applicable delivery time.

Orders may be collected free of charge from the KLI VANER studio in Bavli, Tel Aviv, by advance coordination.

We will let you know when your order is ready and provide the collection details.

International shipping is available by special request.

Please contact the studio for availability and a shipping quotation. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and we will assist you.
